DIRECTIONS: From DuBois, travel North on Route 255, turn right onto Tyler Road. Cross a creek and pass old church on left. See former Cataldo Collision Bldg. (concrete slab building) on your left. Cross the railroad tracks and park your vehicle on the right side of Tyler Road, beside the railroad tracks. Walk West (to the right) down the railroad tracks for approximately 600 feet and our property is on the Left, bordering the railroad tracks. See orange & white hunting lease signs on your left.
DIRECTIONS TO OUR SOUTHERN BOUNDARY LINE, WHICH IS ONLY ABOUT 150 FEET WEST OF 60 ACRES NEAR TYLER– Traveling North on Route 255, turn right onto Tyler Road. Cross a creek and pass old church on left. See former Cataldo Collision Bldg. (concrete slab) on left. Cross the railroad tracks and veer to the Right. Stay on Tyler Road for approx. 1.5 miles and come to the top of a steep hill. Turn Right onto Buskirk Road and travel 0.7 mile and then turn Right uphill onto gas well road (not gated). Travel 2.3 miles on the gas well road. The road is in good shape for the first mile and then the final 1.3 miles is rutted. Youll come to a gas well and it has a number # 734 on the meter shed near the well. From the gas well, our property is only approx. 500 feet. There is a gas well pipeline opening past the gas well and come to our southern boundary line which is right at the edge of the steep hill. Our southwest corner is approx. 150 feet West of the intersection of the gas pipeline and our southern boundary line.
